A Dialogue on Handguns and Assault Weapons

Post by Stigmata » Fri Oct 12, 2018 5:44 pm

Admins, please delete if you feel this is not appropriate but it has a direct bearing on our sport and continued gun ownership in Canada. It is an online questionnaire released by the Federal Government to guage the public's opinion on the topic of violent crime. Specifically, private handgun and semi-auto rifle/shotgun ownership. The questionnaire closes November 11th, 2018.

It seems that our Federal Gov't knows it cannot solve the illegal gun trade or gun crime, so to appease those against guns they want to punish legal owners and limit what we can do. Not the right way to treat the most law abiding citizens in the country. As gun owners we have to stay on the right side of the law as any infractions and a judge can take away our right to own our legal guns. :?
